Student Safety

We believe learning happens best when a child's wellbeing is nurtured in a happy, safe environment.

At St Francis of Assisi, children are at the centre of everything we do. From our very first interaction, we make a commitment to respect, nurture, and form an ongoing relationship with your child. Indeed, we consider your child's education and wellbeing a shared responsibility - from the Principal to the teachers and the support staff. Behind your child stands a community working to ensure they are seen, heard and valued every single day.

Student Wellbeing

Learning happens best when a child’s wellbeing is nurtured in a happy, safe environment. We consider your child’s education and wellbeing a shared responsibility – from the Principal to the teachers and all other staff members. Behind your child stands a community working to ensure they are seen, heard and valued every single day. Student wellbeing is a priority at St Francis of Assisi as evident in our policies and procedures.

Police Clearances

Our entire school staff (including part-time, contract and casual team members) have all met appropriate police clearance levels to enable them to work with children - as have our volunteers and any worker who comes onto our site during periods where children may be present.

School Policies

Bullying and harassment are not tolerated at our school.

We have policies in place to ensure that our students, staff and parents feel safe and protected from all forms of harassment and physical and emotional harm.
